Transforming Guest Experiences with Finn Lough's Activity Booking App

Finn Lough, a luxury resort renowned for its immersive nature experiences and tranquil retreats, faced a challenge in managing guest activities. The resort offers a plethora of activities, from guided forest walks to kayaking, but the existing booking process was cumbersome and manual, leading to inefficiencies and guest dissatisfaction.

Our objectives were to streamline the activity booking process to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests, to automate the booking system to reduce manual errors and free up staff time yet at the same time ensure the app reflects Finn Lough’s brand values of luxury, nature, and tranquility.

We first contacted Matija in 2014, having never met his team in person and convinced only by the examples of the work we had seen online we decided to do our first project together with Curadmir branding and event launch campaign. 6 years later we are still working with Matija's team and having experimented with other agencies we return more convinced each time that we have found our business' long term creative partner.
